What is your return policy for installed items?
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have already been installed. We recommend inspecting all products for damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Envy Bathrooms products carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Specific premium brands may offer extended coverage up to 10 years on parts and finishes.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we can recommend a list of certified plumbing partners in your local area to ensure your new fixtures are fitted correctly.
